EVENT MARCHE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       The return of any completed and signed order/booking form acknowledges liability by the    company on behalf of whom the services have been requested.

2.    The individual who signs a booking form is duly authorized by the company they are  representing and has authority to enter into said agreement.

3.    The individual who signs an order/booking form confirms that they have followed all their company’s internal processes and requirements and has provided an authorized company order number and or signature where necessary.

4.   The individual signing on behalf of the receiving company will be responsible for ensuring that the guests attending the event are aware of, agree to and comply with the relevant terms and conditions of Event Marche and the rules and regulations of the event/venue/stadium .

5.      The individual is authorized to agree that the amount reflected on the order/booking form was mutually agreed to and that by returning the signed  order/booking form to Event Marche' that they have understood and confirm that this is in fact their order.

The individual confirms that the agreed amount on the order/booking from will  be paid in full to Event Marche’ (Pty) Ltd in order to secure their services
